By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Vital, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms should be read together with our Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By opting in, you authorize Vital to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service or receiving healthcare services. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Vital from sending text messages that are necessary to provide services you have requested, including appointment reminders, prescription coordination, billing notices, safety notifications, or other operational communications where permitted by law.

8. Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends upon your wireless carrier, network availability, mobile device, and other factors outside Vital's control.

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Vital does not sell or rent your mobile telephone number. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 10. Changes to Mobile Number

If you change your mobile telephone number, you agree to notify Vital promptly. Vital is not responsible for text messages sent to a telephone number that you no longer own or control.
