Confirmed and Unconfirmed Appointments
If your appointment is confirmed with a Vital Mobile IV Therapy staff member (via phone, text, or email), the following cancellation policies apply.
If your appointment is not confirmed prior to your scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation – 24-Hour Advance Notice
Applies to confirmed appointments only.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees. To cancel or reschedule, please:

Fees:
- Individual Appointments: $50 cancellation fee
- Group Appointments: $50 cancellation fee per person who cancels within 24 hours
Cancellations Within 2 Hours or Missed Appointments
Applies to confirmed appointments only.
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice or missed entirely are non-refundable. If part of a group is not present at the time of service:
- Groups of 3 or fewer: No-shows will be charged in full
- Groups of 4 or more: No-shows will receive a refund for services not rendered, but will still incur a $50 per person no-show fee
Example: If 10 people are scheduled and only 5 show up, the 5 attendees will be charged in full. The remaining 5 will be refunded for their services but will each be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Membership Policy
Vital Memberships (Vitamin IV & NAD+)
A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all memberships.
Early cancellations will be charged the remaining balance of the 3-month term unless a valid medical reason is provided.
All unused treatments must be used within the 3-month window. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
Pausing Memberships
You may pause your membership for up to 30 days.
Pause requests must be submitted before your next billing date.
