If your appointment is confirmed with a Vital Mobile IV staff member (via phone, text, or email), the following cancellation policies apply.
If your appointment is not confirmed prior to your scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.

Fees:
Individual Appointments: $50 cancellation fee
Group Appointments: $50 cancellation fee per person who cancels within 24 hours
Applies to confirmed appointments only.
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice or missed entirely are non-refundable.
If part of a group is not present at the time of service:
Groups of 3 or fewer: No-shows will be charged in full
Groups of 4 or more: No-shows will receive a refund for services not rendered, but will still incur a $50 per person no-show fee
Example:
If 10 people are scheduled and only 5 show up, the 5 attendees will be charged in full. The remaining 5 will be refunded for their services but will each be charged a $50 no-show fee.
A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all memberships.
Early cancellations will be charged the remaining balance of the 3-month term unless a valid medical reason is provided.
All unused treatments must be used within the 3-month window. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
You may pause your membership for up to 30 days.
Pause requests must be submitted before your next billing date.
